In our Train The Trainer workshops, your team’s trainers will:

Practice and gain the confidence to deliver program segments on their own

Acquire the skills necessary to lead DEI sessions psychologically safe ways

Cultivate a climate of trust and positive group dynamics

Acquire a TTT certification to deliver DEI programs on their own

Live, in-person and virtual session options are available. Train The Trainer workshops easily accommodate 25-50 participants per session.
