Amberine Huda

Senior Consultant, Special Projects Lead

Amberine Huda is a Senior Consultant and Special Projects Lead with Ibis. She brings more than a decade of experience in domestic and global education from the classroom to The World Bank. Amberine has led Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion experiences for university faculty, Fortune 500 executive teams, and non-profits, with a particular focus on racial identity development and cultural competency. Amberine’s expertise lies in leadership development, strategic planning, as well as policy development. She also has a particular passion for designing professional development experiences in addition to programming for national and international audiences.

Prior to her work at IBIS, Amberine was a consultant with The World Bank’s Global Education team where she helped lead projects that focused on improving systems of learning in Southeast Asia and Africa. She also served as The Posse Foundation’s inaugural National Director of Alumni Engagement, and, as a Posse alumna herself, ensured continuity between national policy and the constituents it served. As a former Special Education teacher and teacher coach, Amberine has led with a human-centered design and collaborative approach in all projects.

Amberine holds B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an M.A. in International Education Policy from Harvard University, and is an alumna of The Posse Foundation.
