Stacy Blake-Beard

Dr. Stacy Blake-Beard is a facilitator, researcher, and DEI/B expert dedicated to translating insights and frameworks from research to actions that enable leaders, enhance teams, and benefit organizations. Stacy has over 25 years of working in private, non-profit, and public sectors across the globe. She specializes in organizational behavior, leading organizational change, and emerging gender dynamics.

She has experience crafting and facilitating sessions on topics such as Mentoring Across Dimensions of Difference, Managing Visibility, Strategic Networking, and Bystander Awareness. Stacy has worked with organizations such as MetLife, the American Bar Association, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, MentorNet, AstraZeneca, the Forte Foundation, and Harvard Center for Workplace Development. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and her master’s and doctorate from the University of Michigan. Stacy has received recognition as a Fulbright Scholar, Senior Ford Foundation Fellow, and a member of the Board of Advisors for the Boston Museum of Fine Arts.

Outside of her role at Ibis, Stacy enjoys traveling. She has visited all 50 US states and 6 of 7 continents. These travels represent one of the many ways that Stacy seeks out opportunities to support DEI/B in organizational contexts.
