Ricardhy Grandoit

Ricardhy has expertise in institutionalizing HR, DE&I, and CSR programs for organizations in the corporate and nonprofit sectors, and in higher education. Ricardhy earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science in Project Management & Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. He holds certifications as a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management and in Psychological First Aid and Post Traumatic Stress Management through the International Trauma Center and the Trauma Institute International respectively. He also most recently earned a Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times Certificate from Seton Hall University. ​

As a leader, Ricardhy is deeply motivated by purpose-driven work that strives to create a world where individuals are valued, and organizational practices foster inclusion, equity, and personal well-being. In 2015, Ricardhy was appointed as the inaugural leader of Major League Baseball’s (MLB) Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, and Child Abuse Prevention Policies for the 30 Clubs. His tenure at MLB included leading career-transitioning efforts for former players and co-chairing the Black Professionals Business Resource Group. Currently, he is at the forefront of Communications and DE&I Strategic Initiatives on the Global HR team at Takeda, a leading global biopharmaceutical company.
