Nady Persons

Nady Persons (they/she) is an executive coach, adult learning designer and facilitator, and DEI/B consultant dedicated to empowering every person, no matter what their starting point is, to live their most inclusive and equitable life with over twelve years of global experience working in the DEI/B and education sectors.

They specialize in creating and facilitating highly engaging adult learning experiences. They also specialize in leadership development and strategic change management, all through a DEI/B lens, and have experience facilitating topics such as identity development, the neuroscience of unconscious bias, and neurodiversity in the workplace. Nady has worked with organizations such as Louisiana State University, Tulane University, AmeriCorps, and the Louisiana Department of Health.

They received their Master’s Degree from Columbia University’s Teachers College and have been awarded multiple fellowships including 4.0 School’s New Normal Fellowship where they built a K-12 curriculum centered on self-love and community. Outside of their role at Ibis, Nady is pursuing a doctoral degree in organizational leadership and development at Columbia University. They also enjoy roller skating and playing their double-bell euphonium.
