Jeremy Solomons has been working for over 30 years as a coach, facilitator, and writer on Inclusive Leadership, Diverse Teams, and Career Re-Imagining. He now offers a distinctly Global South perspective, based on his last eight years of working in and five years of being based in Kigali, Rwanda.

In the area of Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (GDEIB), Jeremy focuses on such key topics as Calling Out and In; Constructive Conversations; Cultural Excellence; Diverse and Dispersed Teams; Everyday Inclusion on the Frontline; Gender Equity; Inclusive Leadership; Overcoming Bias; Racial Equity; Standing Up; and Working Competently across Difference. For Ibis, his work has focused on global curriculum design and web session facilitation for various initiatives of Google’s internal School for Learning and Inclusive Learning & Design teams. He has also coached a senior leader at the Straumann Group in Dallas, Texas.

In the past, Jeremy managed a diverse staff and worked with clients and colleagues from all over the globe, while employed as a full-time Banker, Educator, and Journalist in six multinational institutions: Citibank, JP Morgan, Lloyds Bank International, Reuters News Agency, United Press International and the World Bank. Rwanda is the ninth country that he has lived, studied, and/or worked in for an extended period. The others are France, Germany, Hong Kong (and China), Israel, Italy, Switzerland, the USA and his native UK. He has also traveled and done business in 40+ nations in Africa, Asia Pacific, North America, and throughout Europe.

Born and raised in Manchester, England of Jewish, Lebanese, and Persian heritage, Jeremy holds MA Oxon and BA Honors degrees in French from the University of Oxford (Brasenose College).
