Ray Aguirre
Ray has been involved in different facets of Human Resources and Talent Management for much of his career. He’s experienced both in the private and public sectors, where he has succeeded in streamlining recruitment processes, implementing policy, and introducing people operations strategies.
Ray has served in his community personally and professionally, including involvement in local LGBTQIA+ efforts and advocating for equitable representation. He believes strongly in equal access across all levels, for all walks of life, and is conscious about how that is reflected in his work. His approach to People Operations involves studying organizational culture to identify areas where it can better serve its employees.
Ray earned his Master’s in Public Administration from the School of Policy & Global Studies at UMass Boston, where he studied the effects and correlation of a representative body of educators on student performance and standardized testing in Massachusetts Gateway Communities. When he’s not working, Ray enjoys time in his kitchen writing recipes, cooking & baking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
