She leverages her expertise as an intercultural and diversity & inclusion practitioner to help organizations maximize their human capital and organizational capacity. Her work includes conducting organizational assessments, strategy development, culture change, leadership development, team building, coaching, facilitation and education on topics specific to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
