Nicole Chininis, MBA is a Consultant on the Talent and Client Services Team. She is a seasoned global facilitator of topics surrounding of cross-cultural experiences, racism, identity, elevating inclusion and belonging in the workplace. Nicole helps provide global subject matter expertise and content for innovative design of DEI strategic consultations, trainings/workshops and e learning content development. Nicole’s past experiences includes nearly a decade at Bentley University in the Office of International Education. Nicole oversaw the abroad programs and the domestic programs for incoming international students. Her in depth knowledge of cultivating cross-cultural collaboration and Multiculturalism in education and the workplace reflects a dynamic global framework for consultation and facilitation. Nicole also volunteers for a community organization where she facilitates workshops with White People Challenging Racism: Moving from Talk to Action. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies and Spanish from Providence College, and an MBA from Bentley University.
