Caroline Marsh
Caroline is an experienced Coach, Consultant and Behavioral Scientist, with a focus on improving diversity, inclusion and psychological safety.
Her goal is to build organizations where people want to be. Where rising anxiety on a Sunday at the thought of work the next day isn’t the norm. Where everyone gets to be themselves, do their best work and build a life that works for them.
She has extensive consulting experience working with business leaders and HR teams to tackle the structural and behavioral changes needed to drive lasting organizational change. Prior to consulting, she spent a decade leading DEI and L&D initiatives in global organizations, so deeply understands the challenges facing businesses to achieve diversity, equity and inclusion.
She holds a Masters in Behavioral Decision Science and is a certified member of the Association for Coaching. She is passionate about using an evidence-based approach to build genuinely inclusive workplaces and in support of her commitment to practical, applicable research Caroline conducts independent research and regularly speaks at industry events on topics like Allyship, Inclusion, Psychological Safety, and Burnout.
