Allison Manswell, MBA

Allison is a seasoned HR professional with experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, diversity and inclusion. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Justice and Law Enforcement and an MBA in Leadership. She is also a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) which is the industry credential from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).

Her diverse career in the US and Canada includes progressive levels of responsibility ranging from HR generalist to senior leadership of leadership development talent management and organizational effectiveness. She has demonstrated results in strategy development and oversight, large enterprise project management and P&L responsibility.
