Preventing Sexual Harassment

Our program, designed for all levels of the organization, instructs participants about:

• legal definitions of sexual harassment
• the gray areas: "is it or isn't it?"
• impact on targeted individuals, co-workers, and the organization
• need for all employees to take responsibility for their own behaviors
• review of the company's policy
• action steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace

The program utilizes lecture, interactive discussion, role plays, and videos.
