Founded in 1987, Ibis Consulting Group, Inc. is an independent, woman-owned organizational development consulting firm located in Waltham, Massachusetts, with a branch in New Mexico. We are diverse along many dimensions, including educational background, areas of expertise, gender and race. We draw upon our professional experiences as business owners, senior managers, social scientists, psychologists, attorneys, and educators.
