In its work with teams, Ibis often uses Beckhard’s Pyramid model that focuses first on goals and purpose, secondly on roles and responsibilities, thirdly on organizational practices and processes and finally on interpersonal relationships. We help teams look at how they are working together and reflect on what they can do as a team and as individuals to increase their effectiveness. We work with teams to develop those skills that most need enhancing such as communication skills and leveraging diversity.
