Ibis assists organizations and departments to increase their effectiveness through using organizational development theories and models. We gather data about the present state of the organization, diagnose what is working well and what is not working well, help clients to develop practical solutions and support them through the implementation stage.
Our focus is on helping the client learn how to manage both change and the resistance to change which they will inevitably encounter. For eighteen years, Ibis has offered a two-day Organizational Development Practicum to help organizations jump start their understanding of OD.
