The
focus of this workshop is on the critical role managers have
in preventing sexual harassment in their organizations. Issues
covered include:
- the
responsibilities managers have regarding sexual harassment
- what
managers can do to create a respectful, professional environment
- when
and how managers can intervene if they suspect that sexual
harassment is occurring
- procedures
that must be followed when sexual harassment is reported
The
training includes case studies of difficult and ambiguous situations,
and provides opportunities for managers to strategize how to
handle them.
