Managing Diverse Teams

All teams are diverse. Team members inevitably bring differing perspectives, backgrounds, and styles to their work. This workshop covers the fundamentals of team formation and development, and provides managers with the critical tools they need to maximize the contributions of team members. A definition of diversity, diversity competencies, and skill practice for handling day to day cross-cultural dilemmas are also covered in the workshop.
