program introduces foreign-born employees to the ABC's of American
work culture. Delivered from a multi-cultural perspective, foreign-born
employees will:

more about American organizational norms
- Understand
workplace expectations
- Learn
how to meet their individual needs and the needs of the organization
- Improve
cross-cultural communication skills
This
interactive workshop creates an opportunity for participants
to share their experiences and explore questions they may have
about how to work productively and effectively in an American
workplace.
