India Workshops

Ibis offers half and one day training programs, Working Effectively with Teams in India.  These workshops focus on ways to leverage cross-cultural differences for higher productivity and the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to work effectively with people from India. Participants learn a model that enables them to recognize key cultural differences and they learn best practices for working across distance, time and cultures. Our clients have described this workshop as offering “a good balance between the cultural and operational aspects required for working effectively with our partners in India.” Target audience includes project teams working cross-border, managers and HR personnel with global responsibilities, and business travelers.
