The
training programs includes case studies of difficult and ambiguous
situations, and provides opportunities for managers to strategize
how to handle them.
The Ibis Diversity Awareness Workshop covers the fundamentals of diversity. It is based on an inclusive definition of diversity that includes gender, race, age, ethnicity, religion, disability and sexual orientation.
Short theory inputs, video, case studies and interactive exercises are all used in this dynamic and highly participative program. With a half day and one day format, this program also has a version for managers and another version for all employees.
