Training

Ibis offers diversity training programs focused on awareness, on skill building, and on the management of diversity in the workplace. Our training programs, customized to meet the specific needs of the client organization and the level of the participants, are highly interactive, fast-paced and thought-provoking.  We use a mix of methodologies, including presentation of models and frameworks, case studies, experiential exercises, large and small group dialogue, videos, role plays and skill practice.  

Head, Heart, and Hands
We use the model of “head, heart and hands” in the design of our training programs. “Head” -- cognitive learning -- includes the business case for diversity, definitions, diversity systems and other theories and models. “Heart” – emotional intelligence --includes interactive theater, videos, and experiential exercises. “Hands” – the development and application of diversity skills -- includes role plays, skill practice and action planning.
