Core Competencies for Supporting Diversity

Based on our 17+ years of diversity consulting, Ibis has identified eighteen diversity competencies that provide managers and employees with a deeper understanding of the attitudes, behaviors and skills that help them perform their jobs more effectively. These competencies allow for a shared understanding of and commitment to diversity, and provide specific guidelines for dealing with the diversity issues which organizations face every day.
