Client: Fortune 100 Manufacturing Company
Challenge: To design a diversity training program focusing on skills and behaviors to roll out company-wide (150,000+ employees) -- training that integrates and builds upon the company’s earlier diversity awareness trainings.
What we did: Ibis consultants worked with an internal team composed of members from Learning & Development and Global Diversity to design an innovative, blended training program. It consists of a two-part customized e-learning program and an instructor-led session. Ibis then trained a corps of internal trainers to deliver the training across the country.
Results: The pilot sessions and the Train-the Trainer sessions received high ratings; the company is now finalizing plans for the initial roll-out.
