Who are we?
Ibis Consulting Group, Inc., founded in 1987, excels in the management
of strategic change and diversity. Ibis consultants are diverse
along a number of dimensions including educational background,
area of expertise, gender, and race. We draw upon our experience
as managers, social scientists, human resource professionals,
lawyers, entrepreneurs, and trainers.

Why
Ibis?
In ancient days, the ibis (a member of the crane family) was revered. Legend tells us that every Spring the ibis flew to the mountain
passes to prevent dragons from invading the land.
In Egypt, the ibis was the totem of the god of knowledge, representing great wisdom. More modern bird watchers have noted that the
Ibis is a gregarious bird, mixing easily with those from other
species. Its long legs make it adept at wading into the muck
and mire of the swamplands. The ibis comes in three colors -scarlet,
black, and white.
The
history and attributes of the ibis have made it a valued symbol
for our consulting work. Like the ibis, we take pride in diversity,
our ability to confront dragons both real and perceived, to
make progress while moving through difficult terrain, and to
share our knowledge and wisdom with our clients.
