Erica Bronstein, JD

Erica Bronstein, an attorney by training, is a Managing Partner of Ibis Consulting Group. Her expertise is in the areas of diversity assessments, diversity and inclusion training programs, strategic planning and mentoring programs. Erica’s clients include Boeing, Digitas, Harvard University, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, Sullivan & Worcester, and Testa Hurwitz & Thibeault. Erica Bronstein received her JD from Northeastern University and her BA from Brown University where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

 


Shilpa Pherwani, MA

Shilpa Pherwani, an organizational psychologist by training, is a Managing Partner at Ibis Consulting Group, Inc. Her expertise in the areas of e-learning, cross-cultural training, global effectiveness, diversity assessments and organizational research. She has conducted her workshop “Working Effectively in India”  for many global organizations. Her clients include Aetna, Boeing, Stratus, Sunlife Financial, EMC, Keane, Biogen Idec and McMaster University. Shilpa graduated from Kanpur University (India) and received her masters from Springfield College in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.


Paul S. Bracy, M.Ed.

Paul S. Bracy, a diversity consultant by training, is a senior consultant at Ibis Consulting Group, Inc.  His particular areas of expertise include respectful work environments, diversity education, diversity audits, sexual harassment prevention, executive coaching, and interpersonal communication. Some of Paul’s recent clients include Boeing, Skadden Arps, Gillette, Putnam Investments, Sun Life Financial, United Nations Federal Credit Union, and Gibbs Oil.   Paul, who holds a master of education degree from Cambridge College, was a founder and first president of Concerned Black Men of Massachusetts.

 

Katharine Esty, Ph.D.

Katharine Esty, a social psychologist by training and co- author of Workplace Diversity, was the founder of Ibis Consulting Group, Inc. in 1987. Her expertise is in the area of diversity assessments, organizational development, executive coaching, women’s leadership development and large group strategic planning using the future search methodology. Her recent client list includes Hallmark Health Systems, Harvard University, Houghton Mifflen, Mcmaster University, UNICEF and UNDP. Katharine received her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Boston University and her B.A. from Smith College.


Chuck Latovich, MA

Chuck Latovich is a senior consultant at Ibis Consulting Group, Inc. Chuck comes to Ibis after over twenty years in corporation life, including more than five years as a dedicated diversity and inclusion executive. His particular areas of expertise include diversity strategies and metrics; diversity education; communication planning and implementation; resource groups and diversity councils; diversity talent management tactics; and gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgender (GLBT) issues in the workplace. Prior to his jobs in diversity, Chuck held positions in customer relations, project management, marketing, and operations. Chuck holds a master’s degree in Humanistic Education and Behavioral Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, both from Boston University. He currently serves on the board of directors of Gay and Lesbian Advocates and Defenders, New England’s major legal rights organization for the GLBT community.
