William S. Friedman, M.S. 

Bill Friedman, who has experience in industry, service, education, and government, is a senior consultant with Ibis. His expertise is in the areas of diversity, group facilitation, team development, communication and organizational development. His clients include Brown Brothers& Harriman, GE Aircraft Engines, Gillette, MITRE Institute, Sun Life, State Street Bank, and TIAA-CREF. Bill has a degree in Psychology from Harvard University and a Masters in Organization/Human Resource Development from American University.

Sheree Galpert, M.A. 

Sheree Galpert is a professional actor, writer, educator, and organization development consultant who has been with Ibis for more than 8 years. Her areas of expertise include diversity, leadership development, conflict management, communication and presentation skills. Sheree synthesizes her theater background with her OD experience by incorporating theater/improvisation formats and exercises in her work. Her clients include Simmons College, Harvard University, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Raytheon, the Women's Bar Association, Cayuga Medical Center, and the United Nations Federal Credit Union. Sheree received her Master's in Organization Development from American University/NTL, and her BFA from the University of Washington.

                                                     Herbert Z. Wong, Ph.D.

Dr. Wong is a clinical and organizational psychologist who provides organizational assessment, diversity training, cultural surveys, and management consulting services to a broad range of organizations. He has designed and provided executive coaching and training on multicultural management and work force diversity to corporations, businesses, universities, and government agencies for over 25 years. Dr. Wong, a licensed psychologist has provided diversity and cultural competency assessment, research, consulting, and training programs to over 350 organizations to include numerous hospitals, medical centers, and healthcare programs. Dr. Wong has written extensively on multicultural leadership, cross-cultural communication, and diversity issues. He is co-author of Multicultural Law Enforcement: Strategies for Peacekeeping in a Diverse Society (5th ed.) currently used in many law enforcement and police academies and departments.
